A step by step summary of the whole process:

First Step:

Contact us or request a free quote, tell us what kind of retreat experience you would like to have. Give us an idea of your interests so that we can customize a program for you and let us know what dates you have in mind. We can then find the best location suited to your interests and start working on the particulars of your retreat program.

Second Step:

We’ll give you an outline of the program including excursions, meals, cultural activities and accommodation. You tell us what you would like to earn for facilitating this retreat and we work out what the individual cost for each attendee will be. Once we have finalized the details, we collect a security deposit and make all the bookings.

Third Step:

We design a web page on our site for your retreat and open up our on-line registration. We implement marketing tools (fliers, advertisements, etc) according to our agreement.

Fourth Step:

We make contact with each registrant to discuss any special needs, logistics, questions etc... and send them a print out on the location and retreat program.

Fifth Step:

We organize pick up at the airport, get everyone situated and take care of all the details during the retreat to ensure that everyone has an amazing experience.

Lastly:

We say goodbye to our new friends, pay all of our outstanding balances and pay you the amount we agreed on from step two.
