One of the most important aspects of a healthy, rejuvenating retreat is delicious and healthy food choices. We pull all the stops to offer the highest quality catering and chef services available. We provide gourmet cuisine from vegetarian and locally produced organic produce to fresh off the boat seafood and regional cuisine. Our chefs know how to pamper and they love what they do so be prepared to have your taste buds go wild while on retreat!
Your retreat will come complete with a private chef or catering service to prepare all your meals.
All transportation while you’re with us will be provided in the program. The only exception is if someone wants to go explore on their own. We will operate a shuttle service to the beaches and local attractions as well as transport to and from all group excursions. Attendees are encouraged to rent a car if they want more freedom while here, otherwise we are happy to do what we can to accommodate them.
